RESOLUTION NO. 2 -1966
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON PARCELS 800, LOT 4, AUDITOR'S SUB 9677 AND PARCEL 850, PART OF LOT 5,
AUDITOR'S SUB. 9677.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Parcel 830, Lot 4 and the pt. of Lot 5, lying S. of the center line of
Osborne Rd. as now laid out and located, being in Sec. 10- 30 -24. Subject to
portions thereof taken for pub, rd :), Auditor's sub. 9677 and Parcel 850,
part of Lot 5, (Subj. to gas main ease. over W'ly 30;) (Ex. pt, to West Meat)
(Ex. pt, to E & M Dvelopment Co., Parcel 830), Auditor's Sub 9677, may and shall
be apportioned and divided as follows:
