RESOLUTION No. 4 - 1966
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON PARCEL 2080, BLOCK 8, LOWELL ADDITION AND PARCEL 2400, BLOCK 9, LOWELL
ADDITION.
WHEREAS, Certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain '
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit;
Parcel 2080, Block 8, Lowell Addition, Parcel 2400, Block 9, Lowell Addition,
and the part now platted as Parcel 10, Lot 1, Block 1, Sylvan Hills, Plat 8,
may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
