RESOLUTION NO. 10 -1966
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON PARCEL 830, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 77, PARCEL 3000, SECTION 11, AND
PARCEL 3600, SECTION 11, WHICH HAVE BEEN REPLATTED AS COMMERCE PARK ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Parcel 830, Auditor's Subdivision No. 77, Parcel 3000 and Parcel 3600, Unplatted
Section No. 11, are the part now platted as Commerce Park Addition, may and
shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
