RESOLUTION NO. 100 - 1966
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PREEPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CERTAIN STORM SEWER LATERALS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Fridley City Council has previously directed its
consulting engineer to prepare plans and specifications for a certain
storm sewer project referred to as SS # 5c; and
WHEREAS, the Fridley City Council now finds it necessary to
construct certain additional storm sewer laterals within the Storm Sewer
District #5; and
WHEREAS, it is feasible and practicable to include said
additional laterals in the plans and specifications for SS #5c;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the consulting Engineer be
directed to include in the plans and specifications for SS #5c the
following laterals, including necessary catch basins, manholes, and
appurtenances:
1. Lateral on 7th Street from 57th Avenue Northeast south
for a distance of approximately 300 feet.
2. Lateral on 57-1!� Avenue from the easterly boundary of the
east service road on Highway #117 east for a distance of
approximately 150 feet.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS 5TH DAY OF
JULY, 1966.
