RES 1966-103 - 00011117132 RESOLUTION NO. 103 - 1966 A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMI94T PROJECT ST. 1966 -1 SCHEDULE A ADDENDUM #2 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as follows: 11 That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements, to -wits Sanitary sewer and water services located for the following properties: (The petitions received and filed by the City for the improvements are indicated opposite to the relative property. Property Petition Number (1) Lot 9C Second Revised Auditors Subdivision #21 23 -1966 (2) Lot 2 Block 1, Moore Lake Highlands 24 -1966 (3) E;� of E;!� of SW 4 of Section 12 (Parcel 4800 - Riedel Property) 25 -1966 2. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of his estimates of the costs of said improvements, including every item of cost from inception to completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in connection therewith, or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report of his findings, stating therein whether said improvements are feasible and whether they can best be made as pro- posed, or in connection with some other improvements (and the estimated cost as recommended), including also a description of the lands or area as may receive benefits therefrom and as may be proposed to be assessed. 3. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and address of the owner of each parcel of land directly affected or within the area of lands as may be proposed to be assessed for said improvements (and each of them); and upon receipt from said Engineer of the said preliminary report, calculate estimates of assessments as may be proposed relative thereto against each of said lands. 4. That said preliminary report of the Engineer and estimates of assessments of the Clerk, shall_ be furnished to the Council, and made available for inspection to the owner of any parcel of land as may be affected thereby at any public hearing held relative thereto, as well as at any prior time reasonable and convenient.
