RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING
IMPROVEMENT, FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS: ST. 1966 -10
SCHEDULE A (ADDENDUM #2)
WHEREAS, the construction of 'certain improVeMehts ih deemed to be
in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected
thereby.
WHEREAS, The property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements have waived the requirements of a
public hearing by the following petitions:

1) Lot 9C, Second Revised Auditors Subdivision #21 23 -1966
2) Lot 2, Block 1, Moore Lake Highlands 24 -1966
3) E;!� of E!:� of 9W4 of Section 12 (Parcel 4800
Riedel Property) 25 -1966
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley
as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Nasim Qureshi, City
Engineer, is hereby received and accepted.
2. That the following improvements are hereby ordered to be effected
and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
Water and sewer laterals and services serving all the properties
described above. The work above may be consolidated with other areas as
one improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLSY, THIS 18TH
DAY OF JULY, 1966.

3. The work to be performed under this project may be performed under
one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receitp of bids.

such improvements.
