RESOLUTION NO. 107 - 1966
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1967
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lots 11
and 12, Block 3, Shaffer's Subdivision No. 1, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State
Statue of 19$3 did therefore abate nuisance at a total cost of $200.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection with the taxes
payable in 1967, the charges as listed below:
Lot 11, Block 3, Shaffer's Subdivision No. 1 $100.00
Lot 12, Block 3, Shaffer's Subdivision No. 1 100.00
Clean up of lots.
TOTAL $200.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
