RESOLUTION NO. 113 - 1966
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. W -34-0 (W -74)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, AxeYa
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construct-
ion with respect to the following named improvement to -wit:
WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. W -34-0
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at
$37,880.00
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially
assessed for said improvement against every assessable
lot, piece or parcel of land benefited by said improvement
according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 1ST DAY
OF AUGUST, 1966.
