A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. W -34 -0 (W -74)
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 1-, 1966, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of
WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. W- 344 -0, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assess-
ment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
11 The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 22nd day of
Aur,ust, 1966, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the
proposed assessment for the following named
improvement:
WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. W -34-0
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place
of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least
two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

OF AUGUST, 1966.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR WATER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. W -34 -0 (W -74)
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet
at the City Hall in said City on the 22nd day of August, 1966, at 7:00
o'clock P.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the pro-
posed assessments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit:
WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. W -34 -O
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file
and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of
the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to
the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.

RESOMUTION N0, 114 - 1966 Continued
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction
of water lines and service connections in the following general areas:
1. Along Highway #65 from 53rd Avenue N. E. to existing water line.
2. 53rd Avenue N.E. from West side of Highway #65 to the East
side of existing utility.
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is
all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them or lying
within the general area listed above.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein
contained accordi ng to the benefits received.
