A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER,
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 73 (73, 73A & 73B)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:

11 It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construct-
ion with respect to the following named improvements to -wit:
STORM SEWER, SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT No. 73(73, 73A & 73B)
including all incidental expenses thereto estimated at
5190,000.00.
2, The City Manager with the assistance of the Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially
assessed for said improvement against every assessable
lot, piece or parcel of land benefited by said improvement
according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
1ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1966.
