A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL
STORM SEWER, SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 73(73, 73A & 73B)
WHEREAS, BY A RESOLUTION PASSED BY THE COUNCIL ON AUGUST 1, 1966,
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of
STORM SEWER, SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 73(73, 73A & 73B)
and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assess-
ment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
- 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 22nd day of
August, at 7:30 otclock P.M. to pass unon the proposed ass-
essment for the following named improvement: (73B) **

NO. 73(73, 73A & 73B)
2, The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place
of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least
two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 1ST
DAY OF AUGUST, 1966.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT
SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 73 -B
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet
at the City Hall in said City on the 22nd day of August, 1966, at 7:30 P.M.,
to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in
respect to the following improvement to -wit:
SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 73 -B
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file
and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of
the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to
the proposed assessments for each of said improvements,
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction
of sanitary sewer mains and connecting lines and water mains and connection
lines in the lands and streets designated in manner as follows:
1. East -West easement located approximately 250 feet south
of Mississippi Place between East River Road and Riverview
Terrace.

SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 73 -B
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is
all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lying
within the area hounded by the following lines:
All that area abutting on or lying adjacent to the above
named easement.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands there-
in contained according to the benefits received. The total cost of the
improvement is $7,734.24.

8:00 P.M., to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed
assessments in respect to the following improvement to -wit:
STORM AND SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 73 & 73A
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file

Innsbruck 5th Addition
2. All that area lying East of Central Avenue,
North of Onondaga St., West of Arthur Street
extended, and South of 76th Avenue.
The Area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is
within the area bounded described above.
All that area abutting on or lying adjacent to the above named.
