RESOLUTION NO. 118 - 1966
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE LOCATION OF
THE NAT CITY HALL.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, the Fridley City Council has previously not had
sufficient information as to relative cost and location of the new
City Hall,
WHEREAS, the Fridley City Council now finds it has additional
information regarding the cost of the new City Hall;
WHEREAS, the Fridley City Council will have sufficient informa-
tion relative to possible sites of the City Hall;
WHEREAS, the citizens of Fridley have in various ways expressed
a desire for information regarding the cost and location of the new
City Hall;
WHEREAS, the citizens of Fridley have indicated a desire that
their opinion be heard in regard to the location of City Hall;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Fridley shall set a public hearing so that all resident
taxpayers may express their opinions and desires relative to the
cost of and the location of the proposed new City Hall.

15TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1966.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
BEFORE THE
CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 7th day of September, 1966,
at BLOO p.m. at the Fridley Junior High School Gym, 6100 West Moore
Lake Drive, Fridley, Minnesota, a public meeting will be held by
said City Council for the purpose of disseminating information re-
garding the construction of a new City Hall and the possible relocation
of said City Hall, and for the further purpose of receiving information
and comments from interested persons regarding said construction and
location.
All residents of the City of Fridley desiring to be heard on said
subjects may appear at the above time and place and be heard.
