RES 1966-12 - 0001095212 RESOLUTION NO. 12 -1966 A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR FRONTAGE SERVICE ROADS WHEREAS, many problems exist with the University Avenue Service roads between T.H. #694 and Rice Creek, and WHEREAS, the consultant planners for the City have previously made some studies and have conferred from time to time with engineers from the State Highway Department concerning the intersections at Mississippi Street, 61st Avenue, and 57th Avenue, and WHEREAS, a hearing on the matter was held on the 1st day of February, 1966 in which numerous alternative ideas were discussed. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows: 1. That Hodne Associates of Minneapolis, Minnesota proceed at once to make a feasibility study of the service roads along University Avenue with -special emphasis given to the intersectons with Mississippi Street, 61st Avenue, and 57th Avenue. 2. That said study is to be done on an hourly basis with a total cost not to exceed $1,500.00. 3. That the City Administration make available to Hodne Associates such engineering value data and other information that would assist them in such a study.
