A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT P30JECT NO. 1965 -1 -2 -3
WHEREAS, BY A RESOLUTION Passed by the Council on August 15, 1966,
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of
Sanitary Sewer, water and Storm Sewer.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1965 -1 on the 19th day of September, 1966, at 8:00 P.M.
1965 -2 on the 19th day of September, 1966, at 8:00 P.M.
1965 -3 on the 12th day of September, 1966, at 8 :00 P.M.
to pass upon the proposed assessment for Street Improvement
Project No. 1965- 1 -2 -3. --
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time
and place of meeting in the official newspaper of
the City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such
meeting.

DAY OF AUGUST, 1966.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1965 -1
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will
meet at the City Hall in said Cfty on the 19th day of September, 1966, at
8:00 o'clock P.M. to },ear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the
proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1965 -1
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on
file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office
of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing the Council will consider written or oral objections
to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construc-
tion of stabilized base, bituminous surfacing, and concrete curb and gutter
in the lands and streets designated as following:
A. Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base, bituminous
surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and appurtenant facilities,
located as follows:
