RESOLUTION NO. 122 - 1966
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A PART OF STORM AND SANITARY SEWER, AND
WATER PROJECT NO. 73 and 73A TO STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 5 (VICINITY OF 53RD AVENUE, UNIVERSITY AVENUE,
HIGHWAY #100 AND MADISON STREET)
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to equalize
the assessment rates for storm sewers over as large a district as
feasible, and
WHEREAS, the storm sewer serving the area bounded by 53rd
Avenue, University Avenue, Highway #100 and Madison Street uses
the same outfall line as Stor Sewer Project No. 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the portion of storm
sewer work done under Storm and Sanitary Sewer and Water Improvement
Project No. 73, be and is hereby transferred to Storm Sewer Project
No. 5
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 15TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1966.
