RESOLUTION NO. 124 - 1966
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR 1966 SERVICE CONNECTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
11 The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 12th day of September
- 1966, at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment for
the following named improvement.

1966 SERVICE CONNECTIONS - SCHEDULE A
The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place of
meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least two (2)
weeks prior to such meeting.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 15TH DAY
OF AUGUST, 1966.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER
MAIN LATERALS AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will
meet at the City Hall in said City on the 12th day of September, 1966,
at 8:00 P.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the
proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit:
1966 WATER AND SEWER MAIN LATERALS AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS
NOT HERETOFORE F71RNISHED AND AVAILABLE
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now
on file and open to publis inspection by all persons interested, in the
office of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections
to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the
construction and furnishing of gewer main leterals and service connections
and water main laterals and service connections in and to the proportions
as follows:

The area proposed to be assessed-for said improvements and each of them
is all. that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and is the
same as those listed above.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the
above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands
therein contained according to the benefits received.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 15TH
DAY OF AUGUST, 1966.
