RESOLUTION NO. 13 -1966
A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT: SYLVAN HILLS
SANITARY SEWER PROTECT NO. 76 - ADDENDUM #1
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property
owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements,
to -wit:
a. Sanitary sewer mains and laterals and service connections
in all the lands and streets located as follows:
Blocks 1 and 2, Sylvan Hills
2. That the Consulting Engineers for the City of Fridley, Comstock
and Davis, Incorporated are hereby authorized and directed to
prepare a feasibility report and to tabulate the results of
their estimates of the costs of said improvements, including
every item of cost from inception to completion and all fees and
expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in connection therewith,
or the financing thereof, and to make a feasibility report of
their findings, stating therein whether said improvements are
feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed, or in
connection with some other improvements (and the estimated cost
as recommended) including also a description of the lands or area
as may receive benefits therefrom and as may be proposed to be
assessed.
3. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and address of
the owner of each parcel of land directly affected or within the
area of lands as may be proposed to be assessed for said improvements
(and each of them); and, upon receipt from said Engineers of the
said feasibility report,.calculate estimates of assessments as
may be proposed relative thereto against each of said lands.
4. That said feasibility report of the Engineers and estimates of
assessments of the Clerk, shall be furnished to the Council, and
made available for inspection to the owner of any parcel of land'as
may be affected thereby at any public hearing held relative thereto,
as well as at any prior time reasonable and convenient.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS 7TH DAY OF
FEBRUARY, 1966.
