RESOLUTION NO. 130 - 1966
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT, APPROVAL OF PLANS AND
ADDING PROPOSF,D IMPROVFMENT OF STREETS ONTO THE EXISTINF STREET -
IMPROVEMFNT PROJECT ST. 1966 -1, SCHEDULE "A" (CHANGE ORDFR #1)
WHEREAS, the Resolution shown in front of the streets named
below, adopted by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the
proposed improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearings
attached hereto for reference as EXHIBIT "Alt, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed with the making of the improvements (as noted in said notice)
were given ten (10) days notice by mail. and published notice of the,
Council Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required
notice, and the hearing was held and the pronerty owners heard thereon
at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
WHERFAS, the City of Fridley has an existing contract for Street
Improvement Project St. 1966 -1, Schedule "A ", with Dunkley Surfacing
Company, Incorporated which provides that the City can attach additional
work up to 25% of the orieinal contract price,
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of .
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by the Council
Resolutions are hereby ordered to be effected and completed
as soon as reasonably possibly, to-wit:
a)- The following improvements as noted in the Notice of
Hearing:
Street Improvements, including grading, stabilized base,
hot -mix, bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter and
incidental drainage, water and sewer services, and other
facilities for the following streets:

Lafayette Street: East River Road to Broad St. #33 -1966 3/7/66
That the work involved in said improvements as listed above shall
be added on to contract of:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1966 -13 SCHEDULE "A ", BY
CHANGE ORDER #1
The Change Order #1, Street Improvement Project St. 1966 -1,
Schedule "A ", as submitted by the City Engineer is hereby approved.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 15TH
DAY OF AUGUST, 1966.
