RESOLUTION NO. 136 - 1966
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1967.
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lots 9, 10
and 11, Block 4, Adam's Street Addition, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section lh5.23 Minnesota State
Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost of $85.00.
NOW, THERYFORF, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection with the taxes
payable in 1967, the charges as listed below:
Lot 9, Block 4. Adam's Street Addition $28.33
Lots 10 and 11, Block 4. Adam's Street Addition 56.67
Cleaning up lots.
TOTAL $85.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
