RESOLUTION NO. 14 -1966
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF CONSTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: SANITARY SEWER PROJECT NO. 76
ADDENDUM #1 SYLVAN HILLS
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be
in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected
thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as
follows:
1. That the feasibility report submitted by Comstock & Davis, Incorporated,
Consulting Engineers, is hereby received and accepted.
2. That this Council will meet on the 14th day of March, 1966 at 8 :00 o'clock
P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Fridley for the purpose of holding a Public
Hearing on the improvement noted in the Notice attached hereto and made a part
thereof by reference, Exhibit "A ".
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said improvments, and each of
them as noted in said notice, are all the lands and areas as noted in said
notice; all of the same to be assessed proportionately according to the benefits
received.
4. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to give notice of such
Public Hearings by publishing a notice thereof in the official newspaper of
the City of Fridley according to law, such notice to be substantially in the
form and substance of the notice attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS STORM SEWER
PROJECT NO. 76
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota,
has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements hereinafter
described be made.
NOW THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 14th day of March, 1966,
at 8:00 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the City Hall in said City,
and will at said time, and place, hear all parties interested in said improvements
in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements in the construction (in the lands
and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to -wit:
CONSTRUCTION ITEM:
A. Sanitary sewer and appurtenances located in all of the streets and serving
all of the area described as follows:
Blocks 1 and 2, Sylvan Hills

THAT THE AREA PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED FOR SAID IMPROVEMENT IS AS FOLLOWS:
For Construction Item A, above - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
All of the land abutting upon said streets named above and all lands
adjacent and abutting thereto.
All of said land to be assessed proportionately according to the
benefits received by such improvements.
That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said improvements
as separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise provided by the
Council all under the following authority, to -wit: Minnesota Statutes 1961,
Chapter 429 and laws amendatory thereof, and in conformity with the City
Charter.
