RESOLUTION NO. 149 - 1966
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1967
WHEREAS, a ruisance condition has been found to exist on Lots 28 and
29, Block R, Riverview Heights Addition, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23, Minnesota State
Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a tctal. cast of �k65.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection with the taxes
payable in 1967, the charges as listed below:
Lot 28, Block R, Riverview Heights Addition $ 32.50
Lot 29, Block R, Riverview Heights Addition 32.50
Cleaning up lots.
TOTAL $ 65.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
