A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW
CITY HALL.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, i "innesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is in need of a new city
hall; and
WHEREAS, the citizens of Fridley have recognized this nedd
by approving a bond issue to permit the construction of said city
hall; and
k.UEREAS. the Fridley City Council has engaged an architect
who has completed plans and specifications for said city hall; dnd
WHEREAS, "'bids for construction of the new city hall were
opened on October 27, 1966, at 2:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that there is available
sufficient funds to construct the city hall in accordance with the
bids received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Fridley City Council
enter into the following contracts for the construction of the
city hall:
1. General Construction
