RES 1966-162 - 00011208I,� 92 RESOLUTION NO. 162 - 1966 A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 79 (ADDENDUM) _ BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows: 1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements, to -wit: (a) Sanitary Sewer, Water Mains, Laterals and Service Connections. 1. To serve Bacon Drive from Onondaga Street to 340 feet North. (b) That petitions relative to said improvements have been received and filed with the City as follows: Petition No. 33 -1966 relating to Item (a) 1. 2. That Comstock & Davis, Incorporated, Consulting Engineers are hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of their estimates of the costs of said improvements, including every item of cost from ;.nception to completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to he incurred) in connection therewith, or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report of their findings, stating therei -r whether said improvements are feasible and whether they can best be made as nronosed, or in connection with some other improvements (and the estimated cost as recommended), including also a description of the lands or area as may receive benefits therefrom and as may be proposed to be assessed. 3. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and address of the owner of each parcel of land directly affected or with the area of lands as ma,s he rrnnosed to ' ^e assessed 'or said imnrn. ,,ar -n+„- (anal r of them); and upon receipt from said Consulting Engineers of the said preliminary report, calculate estimates of assessments as may be proposed relative thereto against each of said lands. 4, That said preliminary report of the Consultinr Engineers and estimates of assessments of the Clerk, shall be furnished to the Council, and made available for inspection to the owner of any narcel of land as may he affected thereby at any public hearine held relative thereto, as well as at any prior time reasonable and convenient.
