RES 1966-163 - 00011209224 RESOLUTION. NO. 163 - 1966 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THF. MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEM.ENTS* WATER, SANITARY SEfER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 79 (ADDENDUM) - WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected thereby. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows: 1. That the preliminary report submitted by the City Engineer is hereby received and accepted. 2. That this Council will meet on the 21st day of November, 1966, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Fridley for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on the improvement: noted in the Notice attached hereto and made a part of by reference, Exhibit "A ". 3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them as noted in said ?otice are all the lands and areas as noted in said Notice; all of the same to be assessed pro- portionately according to the benefits received. h. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to -ive notice of such Public Hearing by publish- ing a Notice 'thereof in the official newspaper of the C'_ty of Fridley accordine to law, such notice to be substantially in the form and substance of the Notice attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Brunsell OFFICIAL PUBLICATION CITY OF FRIDLEY (EXHIBIT A) NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT #79 (ADDENDUM) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that'the imnrovements hereinafter described be made. NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 21st day of November, 1966, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the City Hall in said City, and will at said time, and place hear all parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part. The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in the lands and streets noted below) of the following imrrovements, to -wit: CONSTRUCTION ITEM 1 -later Mains, Sanitary Sewer, Laterals and Service Connections Bacon Drive: Onondaga Street to 340 feet North ESTIMATED COST . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $5,760.00 1 1 225 RESOLUTION NO. 163 - 1966 Continued EXHIBIT "A" THAT THE AREA PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED FOR SAID IMPROVEMENT IS AS FOLLOWS: i For Construction Item above - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - All of the land abutting upon said streets named above and all lands within, adjacent and abutting thereto. I All of said land to be assessed proportionately according to the benefits received by such improvements.
