RES 1966-164 - 00011211226 RESOLUTION NO. 164 - 1966 A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTTMnTF-9 OF THE COSTS THEREOF: SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 84 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows: 1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners aff.e -ted that there be constructed certain imprnvements, to -wit: (a) Sanitary Sewer, Water Mains, Laterals and Service Connections. 1. To serve all lots on Baker Avenue between Osborne Road and 75th Avenue extended East. (b) Storm Sewer Appurtenances. 1. To serve Cnondage Street between Central Avenue and Stinson Boulevard, (c) That petitions relative to said improvements have been received and filed with the City as follows: 1. Petition: None relating to Item (a) 1, and Item (b) 1. 2. That Comstock & Davis, Incorporated, Consulting Engineers are hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of their estimates of the costs of said improvements, including every item of cost from inception to completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred=; in connection therewith, or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report of their findings, stating therein whether said improvements are feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed, or in connection with some other improvements (and the estim ated cost as recom- mended), including also a description of the lands or area as may r • receive benefits therefrom and as may be proposed to be assessed. 3. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name aad address of the owner of each parcel of land directly affected or with the area of lands as may be proposed to be assessed for said improvements (and each of them); and upon receipt from said Consulting Engineers of the said preliminary report, calculate estimates of assessments as may be proposed relative thereto against each of said lands. 4. That said preliminary report of the Consulting Engineers and estimates of assessments of the Clerk, shall be furnished to the Council, and made available for inspection to the owner of any parcel of land as may be affected thereby at any public hearing held relative thereto, as well as at any prior time reasonable and convenient.
