RESOLUTION NO. 166 - 1966
A RESOLUTION ESTA9LISHING PERMIT FEES AND CONNECTION CHARGES FOR
INSTALLATION OF ST?WAGE DISPOSAL FACILITIES AND WATER SUPPLY FACILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has constructed an internal system of
mains and laterals to collect sanitary sewage; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is a member of the North Suburban Sani-
tary Sewer District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is obligated to pay to the North Sub-
urban Sanitary Sewer District certain charges by establishing a connection
charge on new residential, commercial, and industrial establishments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Following connection.
charges are hereby adopted for sanitary sewer system:
1. Single Family Dwelling . . . . . . . $100.00
2. Multiple Residential Dwelling . . . . . . $ 75.00 per residential
unit.
3. Commercial and Industrial Establishments . . . . A minimum fee
of $100.00 plus $100.00 for each additional REC over the first
equivalent RFC as determined by the North Suburban Sanitary
Sewer District less a credit of $300.00 per acre of property
used by the commercial or industrial enterprise and in no case
shall the credit exceed the minimum connection charge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following permit fees be established:
1. For the installation of a sewage disposal system . . . . $20.00
2. For the installation of a water s7apply system . . . . . $10.00
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21st DAY
OF NOVEMBER, 1966.
