RESOLUTION N0. 170 - 1966
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1968.
WHEREAS, a nuisance has been found to exist on Lots 21 , 22,
and 23, Block 8, Donnay's Lakeview Manor, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such
nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and
the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State Statute
of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost of $135.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; -that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed
to certify to the
County Auditor for
collection with the taxes
payable in
1968,
the charges as
listed below:
