RESOLUTION NO. 172 - 1966
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: WATER
AND SEWER PROJECT # 79 (ADDENDUM)
WHEREAS, Resolution No.-163 -1966 of the City Council adopted the
7th day of November, 1966, set the date for hearing on the proposed .
improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached
' hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said notice)
were given ten (10) days notice Fy mail and published notice of the Council
Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the
hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the bearing, as
noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 163 -1966 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed
as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
a) The improvements as noted under the Construction Item
in the Notice of Hearing (in Exhibit "A") for the follow -
ing lots or Paron Drive:
Lots on Bacon Drive: Lot 10, Auditor's Sub - division #129
Lot b, Hitzeman Addition
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas as
one improvement.
2. That work to be performed under this projeet may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon
receipt of bids.
3. That Comstock & Davis, Incorporated are hereby designated as
the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare final
plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 5TH
DAY OF DECEMBER, 1966.
