A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS

WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said hand has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IR RESOLVED, as follows:
