RESOLUTION NO. 189 - 1966
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS - T.H. #47
AND 57TH AVENUE NORTHEAST.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, for the following
purpose, to -wit:
To install a traffic control signal on Trunk Highway No. h7
(University Avenue N.E.) at its intersection with 57th Avenue
N.E. (County Road 102) in accordance with the terms and con-
ditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 55263, a
copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for
and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained
therein.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 19TH
DAY OF DECEMBER, 1966.
