RESOLUTION 19 -1966
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON OUTLOT 1 (PARCEL 4720), MELODY MANOR 4TH ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Outlot 1 (Ex. N. 400' of W. 217.80'), Parcel 4720, Melody Manor, 4th Addition,
and the N. 400' of the W. 217.80' of Outlot 1 (Subj. to an ease. over the W.
30' for St. Purp.), Parcel 4740, Melody Manor, 4th Addition, may and shall
be apportioned and divided as follows:
