RESOLUTION NO. 191 - 1966
RESOLUTION ORDERING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR SANITARY SEWER PROJECT NO. 76
WHEREAS, the Resolution No. 114 -1965 of the City Council
adopted on July 6, 1965, received the preliminary report prepared
by Comstock & Davis.
WHEREAS, the Public Utility Funds are going to be used for
the construction of this improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the follcw`n> improvements proposed by the Reso-
lution No. 114 -1965 are ordered to be effected and
completed as soon as reasonably possible, to -wits
a. All of the improvements and modifications of the
sanitary sewer and service connections as proposed
in Plan No. 1 of the preliminary report in
Sylvan Hills.
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas
as one improvement.
P. The work to be performed under this project may be
performed under one or more contracts as may be deemed
advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. Comstock & Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers, are
hereby designated as the Engineers for this improvement.
They shall prepare final plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 19TH
DAY OF DECEMBER, 1966.
