A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DEPOSITORY
(LIQUOR FUNDS)
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Fridley in Section 7.13 thereof,
requires that the Council designate annually the depositories for City
Funds.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley
as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the depository for the Liquor Funds
of the City of Fridley is the following noted depository:
FRIDLEY STATE HANK
AND that such depository is accordingly so designated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 21ST DAY OF MARCH9 1966.
