RESOLUTION NO. 112 -1966
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION FOR STREET 1966 -3.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County.,
Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, all legal proceedings required to establish the. above project
have been completed; and
WHEREAS, project has been ordered by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has authorized the work to be performed under
a contract to be let by the Anoka County Department of Highways; and
WHEREAS, the Anoka County Department of Highways has advertised for
bids on said project; and
WHEREAS, Dunkley Surfacing Company, Inc. has submitted a low bid of
$178,617.110;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the City,of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows: That they approve the award of the
above contract to Dunkley Surfacing Company, Inc. and authorize the
Anoka County Department of Highways to enter into a contract with Dunkley
Surfacing Company, Inc. to construct said project in accordance with final
plans and specifications and in the amount of the above bid.
