RESOLUTION N0. 43 -1966
RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the streets hereinafter described should be revoked as Municipal State
Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, County of Anoka-that the streets described as follows, to -wit:
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 300: 37th Avenue from Marshall Street to
Railroad Tracks
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 306: Trunk Highway #47 to Trunk Highway #65
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 314: Farm State Aid Street #309 (79th Avenue)
to State Aid Street #310
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 317: From State Aid Street #307 (73rd Avenue)
to County Road #8 (Osborne Road)
be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of
Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward wo certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Highways for his consideration.
