RESOLUTION NO. 44 -1966
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the streets hereinafter described should be designated the Municipal State
Aid Streets under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, County o Anoka, that the streets described as follows, to -wit: ,
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 323: Ashton Avenue from MSAS #3W (79*
Avenue) to MSAS #310 (City Limits).
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 324: Baker Avenue from MSAS #307 (73rd
Avenue) to County Road 8 (Osborne
Road).
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 325: Monroe Street from MSAS #316 (67th
Avenue) to 68th Avenue, 68th Avenue
From Monroe Street to Brookview Drive,
Brookview Drive from 68th Avenue to
Rice Creek Terrace and Trunk Highway
#65.
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 326: Third Street from City Limits to MSAS
#319 (53rd Avenue).
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 327: Seventh Street from County Road #6
(Mississippi Street) to MSAS #316
(67th Avenue).
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 328: Fifth Street from MSAS #302 (61st
Avenue) to MSAS #320 (66th Avenue)
be, and hereby are established, located and designated the Municipal '
State Aid Streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner
of Highways of the State of Minnesota.
BE'"IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to onward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designa-
tion of said streets or portion thereof, that the seme be constructed, improved
and maintained as the Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Fridley, to
be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Streets 323, 324, 3253 326, 327,
328 respectively. '
