RESOLUTION NO. 54 -1966
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON W. 150' OF LOT 7, PARCEL 3802
SUB. DIVISION OF LOT 10, AUDITOR'S SUB. #94.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels to-wit-
Lot 7 (Ex. S. 140' of W. 75' of Lot 7), Parcel 380, Sub. of Lot 10, Auditor's
Sub. #94 and The S. 140' of the W. 75' of Lot 7, Parcel 420, Sub. of Lot 10,
Auditor's Sub. #94, may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
