RESOLUTION NO. 56 -1966
A RESOLUTION_CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO
BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH
THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1967
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lots 20
and 21, Block 81 Hyde Park Addition, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such
nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and
the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State
Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a cost of $155.00.
NOW, THEEMORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection with the taxes
payable in 1967, the charges as listed below:
Lot 20, Block 8, Hyde Park Addition $ 77.50
Lot 21, Block 8, Hyde Park Addition 77.50
Tore down dwelling, cleaned and
cleared premises.
TOTAL $155.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 18TH
DAY OF APRIL, 1966.
