A RESOLUTION APPRCVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 TO
AGREEMENT NO. 54797 WITH THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement
entitled Supplement No. 1 to Agreement no. 54797 with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes,
' To delete from the original Agreement No. 54797 that portion
whereby the State of Minnesota was to construct that portion
of the storm sewer system within the riPht -of -way of Trunk
Highway No. 47 and to amend said agreement by authorizing
the City of ?ridley to construct said portion of the storm
sewer according to the terms of Supplement=.! Agreement No. 1
to Agreement No. 54797 as prepared by the State of Minnesota
Department of Highways, a copy of which is hereto attached
and made a part of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be
and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, THIS 2nd DAY OF MAY, 1966.
