RESOLUTION NO. 62 - 1966
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FRIDLEY AND THE CITY OF COLUMBIA
HEIGHTS REGARDING STORM SEWER SYSTEM, TRUNK HIGHWAY
NO. 47, 45TH AVENUE OUTFLOW..
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley enter into an
agreement entitled An Amendment to the Contract Between the City of
Fridley and the City of Columbia Heights regarding Storm Sewer Systems,
Trunk Highway No, 0, 45th Avenue Outflow for the following purpose,
to -wits
It is agreed between the parties that the City of Columbia Heights
will pay to Fridley Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Seventeen
and sixty -two hundreths ($19,517.62) Dollars as their share of
the construction costs of said sewer system and an additional six
(6 %) per cent for engineering supervision, according to the terms
of An Amendment to the Contract Between the City of Fridley and the
City of Columbia Heights Regarding Storm Sewer System, Trunk
Highway No, 47, 45th Avenue Outflow, a copy of which is hereto
attached and made a part of this resolution.
BE IT FURTsTER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, THIS 2ND DAY OF MAY, 1966.
