RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT 54803 WITH
THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes,
to -wit:
to provide for payment by the City of Fridley of part of the
cost of a storm sewer system to be constructedby "the'State
on Trunk Highway No. 47 in accordance with State plans
designated as State Project No. 2726 -27 and 0208 -18. (Agreement
No. 54803)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and they
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 2nd DAY OF MAY, 1966.
