RESOLUTION NO. 66 - 1966
RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING
IMPROVEMENT, FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1966 -5
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be
in the interest of the City of Fridley and the Property owners affected
thereby.
WHEREAS, 100% of property owners whose property in Innsbruck 5th are
liable to be assessed with making of these improvements have waived the re-
quirements of a public hearing by Petition No, 10 -1966.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Fridley
as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Comstock and Davis,
Incorporated, Consulting Engineers, is hereby received and accepted.
2. That the following improvements are hereby ordered to be
e'fected and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
Street improvements including grading, stabilized base,
concrete mat with integral, concrete curb and appurtenant facilities
located in Innsbruck 5th Addition. This work may be consolidated with
other areas as one improvement.
3. The work to be performed under this project may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of
bids.
4. Comstock and Davis, Incorporated, Consulting Engineers, are
hereby designated as Engineers for this improvement, They shall prepare
final plans and specifications for making of such improvements.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 9TH DAY
OF MAY, 1966.
