RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 1966
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: STORM SEWER 81
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
16 That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property
owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements,
to- 1-.'it:
Storm sewer and appurtenances in and serving the area bounded as:
Commencing at the intersection of 73rd Avenue N.F. and Able Street,
thence east, on 73rd Avenue N.E. to Highway #65, thence north on
Highway #65 to Osborne Road, thence west. on Osborne Road to Able
Street extended, thence south on Able Street to place of beginning,
pursuant to M.S.A. Sections 429.011 to 429.111
2. That Suburban Engineering Company, Inc., Consulting Engineers, are
hereby authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans and
specifications and to tabulate the results of their estimates of
the costs of said improvements, including every item of cost from
inception to completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to
be incurred) in connection therewith, or the financing thereof, and
to make a preliminary report of their findings, stating therein
whether said improvements are feasible and whether they can best be
made as pronosed, or in conrprtion 17i +p. scme otber improvements (and

the lands or area as may receive benefits therefrom.
3. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and address of
the owner of each parcel of land directly affected or within the
area of lands as may be proposed to be assessed for said improvements
(and each of them); calculate estimates of assessments as may be

roposed relative thereto against each of said lands.
4. That said preliminary report of the Engineer and estimates of
assessments of the Clerk, shall be furnished to the Council, and
made available for inspection to the owner of any parcel of land
as may be affected thereby at any public hearing held relative
thereto, as well as at any prior time reasonable and convenient.
