RESCLUTION NO. 85 - 1966
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: STORM SEWER 81
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to
be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners
affected thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as
follows:
I 1, That the preliminary report submitted by Suburban Engineering
Company, Incorporated, is hereby received and accepted.
2. That this Council will meet on the 8th day of August, 1966,
at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on the
improvement noted in the Notice attached hereto and made
a part thereof by reference Exhibit "A ".
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements
and each of them as noted in said notice are all the lands
and areas as noted in said notice; all of the same to be
assessed proportionately according to the benefits received.
4. That the City Manager is authorized and driected to give
notice of such Public Hearing by publishing a notice thereof
in the official newspaper of the City of Fridley according
to law, such notice to be substantially in the form and
substance of the notice attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 81
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota,
has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements hereinafter
described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, on the 11th day of July,
1966, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. the City Council will meet at the City Hall in
said City, and will at said time, and place hear all parties interested in
said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in the lands
and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to -wit:

Storm sewer and appurtenances in and serving the area bounded ass
Commencing at the intersection of 73rd Ave. N.E. and Able Street,
thence east on 73rd Avenue N.E. to Highway #65, thence north on
Highway 05 to Osborne Road, thence west on Osborne Road to Able
Street extended, thence south on Able Street to place of beginning,
