RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 1966
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUC4
TION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: STORM SEWER #82
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed
to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners
affected thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as
follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Comstock
and Davis, Incorporated is hereby received and
accepted.
2. That this Council will meet on the 8th day of August,
1966, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley for the purpose of holding a Public
Hearing on the improvement noted in the Notice attached
hereto and made a part thereof by reference Exhibit "A",
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said improve-
ments and each of them as noted in said notice are all
the lands and areas as noted in said notice; all of
the same to be assessed proportionately according to
the benefits received.
ia. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to
give notice of such Public Hearing by publishing a -
notice thereof in the official newspaper of the City
of Fridley according to law, such notice to be sub -
stantially in the form and substance of the notice
attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS 5TH DAY
OF JULY, 1966.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
STORM SEWER PROJECT # 82
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements
hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 8th day of
August, 19661 at 8:00 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the
City Hall in said City and will at said time, and place, hear all
parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in the
lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to -wit:

Commencing at the intersection of the south Corporate Limits of
the City of Fridley and the centerline of St. Moritz Drive, thence
north on St. Moritz Drive to Glacier Lane, thence west on Glacier
Lane to Matterhorn Drive, thence north on Matterhorn Drive to
Skywood Lane, thence west an Skywood Lane to Fillmore.St. ^'
thence north on Fillmore St. N.E. to Interstate Hwy. #69); ; (01d T.H
#100), thence west on Interstate Hwy. #694 to 7th Street N.E.,
thence south on 7th Street N.E, to 53rd Avenue N.E., thence east
on 53rd Avenue and the South Corporate Limits of Fridley to the
place of beginning.
