The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirkham at 5:15 P.M.
Mayor Kirkham advised the Council that by responding prese�t to the roll
call, the person responding waived the Charter-required written notice of
this meeting. Upon the roll call, the following responded present and
waived the notice of the meeting: Kirkham, Harris, Liebl, Samuelson, Sheridan.

MOTION by Harris,

ADJOURNMENT:
seconded by Scheridan, that the Council pass Resolution #49-

There being no further business, Mayor Kirkham declared the meeting adjourned
at 5:27 P.M.
