RESOLUTION NO. 5 - 1967
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 158 -1963 ENTITLED "ESTABLISHING
WORKING CONDITIONS, WAGES AND HOURS FOR EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE
MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORE (OFF- SALE) ".
WHEREAS, the resolution adopted by the City Council on the
21st day of October, 1963, and known as Resolution No. 158 -1963 concerning
establishing working conditions, wages and hours for employees by the
Municipal Liquor Store (Off - Sale), is in need of amendment and extension
from the termination date provided for presently in Article XIV of said
resolution.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council that
Resolution No. 158 -1963 establishing working conditions, wages and hours
for employees employed by the Municipal Liquor Store (Off -Sale) be hereby
amended as follows, to -wit:
ARTICLE VIII
Section 3. Add paragraph: A day off with pay will be granted
a full time employee on his birthdate.

New Off -Sale Clerks will start at $2.25 per hour for six (6)
months.
ARTICLE XIV
This resolution shall be effective as of January 1, 1967 and
shall remain in full force and effect until December 31, 1967, and shall
remain in full force and effect from year to year thereafter unless written
notice is given by either party sixty (60) days prior to December 31, 1967,
or in any year thereafter.
