A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL 2400, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 155.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with '
respect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described
parcels, to -wit: Aud. Sub. #155, Lot 12, The W. 997.5' 6f Lot 12. (Ex. pt.
for hwy.) (Subj. to public utility easement over S. 30' of Lot 12) (Subj.
