RESOLUTION NO. 11 - 1967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF
INSURANCE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR OF 1967.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has an insurance committee; and
WHEREAS, said committee has chosen an agent of record; and
WHEREAS, said committee together with an insurance consultant
firm has recommended a program of insurance for the City.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the agent of record is
hereby authorized to place and put into effect the following insurance
coverage:
1* C.B.P. Package consisting of:
a) $2,116,500. Blanket - Building Contents (except
liquor) all risk
b) 160,000. Blanket Contractors equipment all risk
c) 10,000. Blanket on all signs all risk
d) General Liability - Blanket
e) Auto Liability - Blanket all owned - -non owned
f) Auto Physical Damage Blanket comprehensive Collision
g) Crime Insurance - Blanket
h) Boiler Insurance - Blanket (all boilers) 1 year
premium
(a -h per "suggested Insurance" program)
2. Business Interruption - Liquor Stores
a) Blanket - $250,000 approximate 1 year premium
3. Stock - Fire Insurance
a) Blanket - $285,000 1 year premium
4. Workmens Compensation
Limits - Statutory *1 year premium
