- ABSOLUTION NO. 12 - 1967
A ABSOLUTION ORDERING BIDS ON LIQUOR LIABIALITY
INSURANCE COVERAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley operates a Municipal Liquor
system; and
WHEREAS, the City has presently in effect liquor liability
insurance; and
WHEREAS, said coverage is about to expire.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Administration
is hereby authorised to advertise for bids for liquor liability insurance
coverage for the remainder of the calendar year of 1967. Said coverage
to be as per specifications prepared by Bachman - Anderson, Inc., insurance
consultants for the City of Fridley.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that bids for said liquor liability
insurance are to he opened on February 15, 1967.
